Parts Return Process
Gulen Technology Co., Limited of Hong Kong is devoted to providing high-quality, competitively priced parts for NCR, Diebold and Wincor ATMs. We stock over 90,000 new and refurbished parts in four warehouses
It has been shown that by replacing component-level parts at regular intervals, service organizations can improve performance and reduce service calls. Our goal is to offer customers a wide range of component-level parts so they are not forced to purchase a completely new module just because they might need one or two hard-to-find parts. To that end, Gulen Technology Co., Limited can support your service organization by providing an inventory of parts including subassemblies, circuit boards, currency cassettes, belts, retaining rings, high-density rubber rollers and anything else you might need to enhance your service business.
New parts – We purchase new parts from original equipment manufacturers, secondary market manufacturers and equipment brokers. We also manufacture our own parts according to the original equipment manufacturers’ rigid specifications and test them with critical customers. All new parts carry a 90-day warranty.
Refurbished parts – As an added value to our customers, we also provide a number of refurbished parts which are “equivalent to new parts.” These parts are completely reconditioned and tested. All refurbished parts carry a 60-day warranty.

Any part experiencing an "out-of-box" failure
Any part received in a damaged or defective condition
Any part received in error
What to do...
All returned items require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, simply complete an RMA Form. We will typically respond to your request via e-mail within one (1) business day after receipt of your request (based on Hong Kong local time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday).
Gulen Technology Co., Limited will accept returns only if a return authorization number has been issued and the return items are received in our Hong Kong warehouse within 30 days of the original shipping date. Returned items must meet our criteria for acceptance before we issue a credit or ship a replacement. If the returned items do not meet our acceptance criteria, we will make a reasonable attempt to contact you (using the e-mail address/phone number provided on the RMA form) to discuss a solution.
1. Obtain an RMA number using the enclosed form (record this number for your records )
2. Pack the defective part(s) preferably in the package that they arrived in. Tape the box securely to ensure it will not come open during shipment.
3. Write the following return address on the outside of the box/package to be returned:

4. Clearly write the assigned RMA number for the defective item on the box/package and the shipping documentation.
5. Ship the items back to Gulen Technology Co., Limited in their original or equivalent packaging; prepay shipping charges and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. GulenTech will ship the repaired or replacement products to you freight prepaid.
PACKAGES RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER MAY NOT BE PROPERLY CREDITED. ALL RMA RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE SENT VIA TRACEABLE MEANS (e.g., UPS, FEDEX, DHL, etc.).
All items returned under an RMA will be repaired, or at GulenTech’s option, replaced with either new or refurbished parts. All repaired or replacement parts will have successfully passed the appropriate manufacturing quality assurance test procedures. These are the same tests that are utilized to verify “new build” parts as obtained and/or manufactured by GulenTech.
RMA Turnaround Time
If you receive parts that appear to have been damaged during transit, follow the instructions included in the attached document titled: "Insurance Claims."
NOTE: Please keep the parts in their original packaging so the carrier can properly assess whether or not the damage was caused during shipping. If it is determined that the damage was caused during shipping, Gulen Technology Co., Limited will replace the damaged parts free of charge if they are still under warranty
Out- of-Warranty Policy
Gulen Technology Co., Limited will replace defective parts free of charge if the defective parts are returned within the warranty period.
However, if a part is determined to be out-of-warranty, the following guidelines are applied.
An out-of-warranty part may be repaired or replaced with new or refurbished parts for a fee (to be determined by GulenTech). Products that have been damaged or misused may be deemed non-repairable (as determined by Gulen Technology Co., Limited )
